This research study is assessing the effects of a cholesterol lowering drug in adults with established cardiovascular disease. Qualified participants must: -Be 40 years of age or older with a history of a heart attack, stroke, or peripheral arterial disease -Be willing to receive an injection every 6 months -Be taking a statin medication daily To express interest, please follow the link below
