It did not rise because covid bought all the oil. WTF? Covid is a disease,as such, it isn't buying anything. Our oil companies did not greedy, another lie. they were cut off from producing oil, and another lie. and forced to buy Russian oil. Lie again. we only get about less than 10 % of our oil from russia. The price increase is a result of the greed of the big company owners. Plain and simple.
