Come join USU Extension’s Healthy Utah Wellness classes to learn how to make healthy changes in your life!
This is a seven-week class series. Classes are held in the Cache County Building in the Multipurpose Room on Tuesday evenings from 7-8:30pm. The first hour will be an interactive instruction followed by a half hour Q&A. These classes will be taught by Jenna Dyckman, MS, RD and Utah State University Dietetic students. At these classes you’ll gain skills that you can act on right away! At each class you’ll also receive resources that’ll help you on your journey towards wellness!
The classes will focus on health and wellness topics. The class topics are as follows:
January 26th: SMART Goals and stress management February 2nd: MyPlate and portion sizes February 9th: Increasing physical activity February 16th: Meal planning February 23rd: Mindful eating March 2nd: Rethink your drink March 9th: Successfully tracking your progress and maintaining changeClass Registration:
$25 if you register for all seven classes$5 for each individual classDue to COVID-19 restrictions, precautions will be taken including:
