SOLAR RESIDENTIAL (Roof panel installers) EcoForce Solutions is currently hiring Solar roof panel installers for our residential department. Most of our work in in south Orange County. Desired Candidate Must have experience working on roofs. Must have construction experience. Must have experience with power tools and hand tools. Great attitude and communication skills. You must be Safety conscious and be willing to take part in our safety program. Must work effectively with teams. What you will do: Working on rooftops, layout assembly and installation of solar array and mounting hardware Assist with the (DC) wiring of all solar products (inverters etc.) Prepare and clean-up job site Pull materials for each installation job Provide exceptional customer experience throughout the installation process. Please Read: No fear of heights, ability to lift heavy objects, Climbing, squatting, reaching, bending Working with ladders on roof environments. Full Time work: 40+ hours weekly Experience: 1-year minimum construction.
