Herzan is looking for a warehouse/production associate to work on all activities within the production process. This position is currently listed as full time - contract, with an opportunity for full time - permanent as production requirements increase. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities • Read weekly production schedules, customer orders, and shipping documents to determine items needing to be assembled, moved, gathered, or distributed. • Assemble client orders from inventory items and place orders on pallets or shipping containers. • Mark materials with identifying information. • Open and sort shipping boxes, crates, and other containers. • Record and report amount of materials or items received or distributed. • Organize materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas. • Arrange inventory items in specified sequence for assembly by other workers. • Compile and complete quality assurance documents for products shipped/received. Maintain inventory records. • • Work alongside other associates to maintain timely production and assembly • Problem solve and maintain flexibility with work processes Position Requirements: • Lift and/or move materials up to 50+ pounds. • Ability to work, standing on feet for a long period of time. • Willing to operate a forklift and/or pallet jack. • Background check/DMV Report. Preferred Prior Experience • Previous experience working in a manufacturing/production environment Compensation will be based on previous experience and capabilities that align with the position.
