Constrution cleaning company in immediate need of Foreman and workers. General cleaning duties include sweep, dust, mop, wipe surfaces, wipe windows etc. General-clean/detailed cleaning up at end of construction projects. Must not be afraid of climbing ladders. Dependable transportation is a must. Following directions a must. Foreman position seeks leader to guide day to day on site flow of work and completion of projects. Must be detail oriented. Must be reliable. Experience leading crew a bonus. Ability to problem solve. Ability to think independently, while maintaining stands of directions and completion of project. Hourly dependent on experience.
