My family of 4 is being displaced. Our rental of 9 years is being sold. We were told we could stay while on market plus 60 days after selling. But now need to be out by July 31st. I am disabled but make small income through SSI. We have 2 kids middle aged. 1 dog. My fiance works landscaping. Hotels and RV rentals are higher than we can afford for the time we need. We need until our future rental is ready. It will be ready for us in October. I am willing to rent on sight and sign a contract. Or willing to move it to Sumas RV park. I can afford $500 rent a month if in a space we also have to pay for to be able to pay lot space rent. If it's in a set space already I can afford more.. I can afford $1300 purchase plus payments. I am willing to sign a contract and open to monthly or weekly set inspections. I have an emotional support animal with a Dr's note. He is never left alone and is not destructive to property and is well house trained. I am willing to rent on sight anywhere in Whatcom County. I have a clean record and can pass a back check and have reference you can call. Please email me if you can help. Or we will be living in tents temporarily thank you.
