looking for someone to take my cats

I have at least 2 to 8 semi domesticated cats 1 new one just had babys I have 2 that ive had for like 3 years at least... their names are timothy and martin theyer outdoor cats that know thier names tho and are fixed spayed neutered and have their shots I am going to die soon i have cancer I just need someone whos willing to maybe try and adopt them at their homes Like i can drop them off maybe u keep them in the garage and feed them for a month so they get used to the area and then let them out and make sure they know where food and water is i dunno anyone have any better ideas
