We are seeking Concierge/Front Desk Attendants, Security, Valet, and Porters with experience working in luxury residential communities. The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas: Excellent customer service skills Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit Direct guests and visitors to appropriate destination Check-in and announce incoming guests Receiving packages and deliveries Resolve complaints from residents/guests Perform basic clerical duties: answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc. Cleaning experience Parking experience with a manual vehicle Shift reports Securing premises Position Details: Full-time and Part-time Positions SCHEDULE: Days, Evenings and Overnights Must have prior either Customer Service, Cleaning, Driving environment experience (1 year) Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc. Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible working hours Must pass comprehensive background checks Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company Weekly Pay Uniforms Provided (Winter/Summer) Adamas University Training available for all employees: on-the-job and group training opportunities Employee Referral Program Full-Time Employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits after 90 days of employment Full-Time Employees are eligible for 401K benefits with a company-match after one year of employment EOE
