Level Up Solutions Tampa LLC is hiring! Level Up Solutions LLC is in the Building Cleaning, Hospitality and Maintenance Services. Currently headquartered in Tampa, FL this company operates throughout West and Central Florida. We are family owned and operated and are currently looking for a motivated self starter to join our team for a single account based in Pinellas Park, FL. This job will require a vehicle, we will provide you with the necessary training and equipment. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred EXPERIENCE: One year commercial cleaning experience preferred but will train the right candidate. JOB DUTIES: Responsible for performing janitorial duties for selected facility to maintain cleanliness. Provide quality customer service to facility. Readiness to learn proper cleaning techniques is required. Possess good communication skills. Ability to work independently or with a team. Responsibilities are but not limited to sweeping and mopping floors, empty all trash receptacles, replace liners and dispose of trash, disinfect and wipe down all surfaces, clean and sanitize all bathrooms including restocking toilet tissue and paper towels, maintain janitorial closet. HOURS: Friday's and Saturday's only IMPORTANT!!! JOB WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED ANYWHERE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:30AM-2:00PM. (JOB DUTIES WILL TAKE ABOUT 1 TO 1.5 HOURS TO COMPLETE) 2-3 HOUR WORK WEEK TOTAL COMPENSATION: $65/WEEKLY
