Join us at our Goddess Gathering Brunch Picnic—bring your favorite dish for all to enjoy as we bring closure to our first series of Goddess Gatherings that focused on the healing element of water.  There will be time for journaling, tips for healing and harnessing the energy of this feminine moon, and community connection.  I'm very excited to announce that the radiant Harmonic Navigation Coach 🎧Sound Healer 🎨 Intuitive Artist Kelly Nicholson will be joining us at our Goddess picnic for a morning of intentional breath, sound healing, and BEing.   Sound healing is a healing modality consisting of a wide range of instruments that when played directly affect the mental, physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. Yes, it is the sound that you hear but it is the vibrations that you feel that work their magic. We are all energy. Vibrating at different frequencies. Many different things in life, stress, anxiety and the busy day-to-day stuff can bring our frequency off balance. So what sound healing does is bring you back to your center. Back into balance and create a harmony within that you then take with you, back into your daily life. About our Goddess Gatherings: Women’s circles are a gathering of women, for women. These sisterhood meetings give women a safe space to come together, connect, share, and empower. In the circle, advice is not given and criticism, judgments, and comparisons are left out. Together, women in the circle create a safe and confidential space, to share without fear. It is a space where you can take off your mask to be completely and authentically yourself.
