Examples of Handyman Service Tech responsibilities:
Respond to requests for maintenance services, including replacing air filters, installing new locks and troubleshooting smoke detectors
Install, Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems in properties as required
Install, Repair and Test performance of in-unit appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens and coffee makers
Respond to requests from property managers, owners, tenants and perform maintenance services as needed
Perform basic carpentry, painting and property repairs such as doors, windows, tiles, Fencing and flooring
Complete small to medium repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects
Perform General Cleaning of Properties such as landscaping, cleaning and deep cleaning
Assist in Client Move in/outs and Property Turnovers
