Our Birth Preparation Class will walk you through what to expect when it's time to have your baby. Be prepared to deal with the experience of child birth. We will discuss the process of labor, thing you might feel, see and experience, potential medical interventions, pain management and the possibility of cesarean birth. There will be a brief overview of breathing and relaxation and newborn care. We will end the class with a tour of our Women's Center! We encourage you to bring a partner to class. This class is designed for late 2nd trimester or 3rd trimester of pregnancy. The class will be held in The Women's Center on the 4th floor of the hospital. There is no cost for the class but you must have a ticket to attend. Each ticket will admit 2 people. (One ticket per couple attending the class.)
