We hope this introductory workout encourages you to sign up for an upcoming multi week series where you commit to attending 70% of the classes. We suggest that you attend an Introduction FitLot Method class first, so you are equipped with an understanding of the FitLot equipment and the FitLot Method circuit training.
This class is designed for all ages and abilities to comfortably participate but please make sure you are cleared for physical activity by your physician before beginning a new exercise routine.
