Description
This class is for anyone who wants to learn and master different variations of handstand balance.
In this class you are going to work with USAG safety certified gymnastics coach. World Champion of Acrobatic Gymnastics.
Benefits: Handstands training helps straightening the bones. Build muscles in your arms, shoulders and upper body.
Variations: We learn how to balance handstands on floor, wall and handstand canes. Handstand walk, press straddle, press handstand and Contortion handstand.
