Description: Kershaw Landscape is a family-owned lawn/property maintenance company servicing the Southern New Hampshire area since 2003. Due to an increase in business, we are looking to bring in experienced leaders and crew members to help expand our operation. The ideal candidates would be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, leadership skills and willingness to grow with the company. Scheduling: Full time (year-round position / snow & ice removal) Pay: Crew Leader - $24+ based on experience / Team Member - $21+ based on experience. Duties: • Creating beautiful environments by providing landscape maintenance support to a variety of industrial, commercial, and/or public properties • Operating commercial grade landscaping equipment and ensure the upkeep of plant material and other landscaping elements • Cutting turf, trimming and edging along borders, and blowing using power equipment • Pruning shrubs and low trees to improve the growth habit or remove damaged branches • Planting and maintaining flower beds, and installing mulch • Picking up trash and debris • Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers • commercial snow and ice management in the winter Qualifications • Crew Leaders: 3+ years’ experience with spring/fall clean ups, zero turn rider and walk behind mowers, string trimmers and backpack blowers • Team Members: 1+ years’ experience in landscape maintenance • All applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and reliable transportation • Must be able to operate a truck and 22’ trailer • Have or able to obtain DOT medical card • Landscape Maintenance: 1 year (Required) • Driver's License (Required) • Experience with bark mulch blower and hydro seeder are a plus. • Operator skills such as bobcat, mini excavator are not required but a plus All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
