T.W.I.N. (Two Women Investing in Neighborhoods) has been giving out scholarship money to Jersey City Public School High School Seniors for the last several years. Our purpose and mission is to help students with some financial assistant by donating scholarships to them who wishes to continue their education as a higher institutions.
