Join Lindsey Lee at Heather's Gym on June 21st at 9:30 am for a FREE 75-minute Community Yoga Class to find your edge and get a sneak preview of Deep 75, a signature class offered at Zen Yoga & Meditation. This slow vinyasa style class creates equilibrium and calms the mind. Expanded teaching on alignment, breath, and focus will challenge new and seasoned yogis alike to allow your body to deepen into a stretch or pause in a strength-building pose. All levels are welcome - modifications are always offered. The studio will be heated to 90 degrees. Please bring a yoga mat to this class.
