Medisca Inc. Quality Control Inspector FULL-TIME $21/hr 661 Route 3, Unit C,, Plattsburgh, NY 12901 Salary: $21.00/hour The main purpose of the QC Inspector position is to assist in maintaining the quality of products according to Standard Operating Procedures and cGMP guidelines as well as to inspect, quarantine, and release of incoming material and finished goods. The opportunity: 1. Quality Control: Inspection and sampling of incoming bulk Inspection and release of finished product Inspection of the lab, label, and bulk for the production process Processing of returned goods Perform in-house laboratory testing 2. Inventory Control: Maintain label inventory for production use Maintain retain and rejected 3. Documentation: File and organization of varies documentation when assigned Quality review of documents Other duties as needed Schedule - Shift start: 7:30AM or 8:00AM - Shift length: 8.5 hours - Days: Monday - Friday Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 30 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Quality experience - Knowledge of cGMPs, FDA, DEA and State Board regulations is considered an asset - Required to wear a full face mask for up to several hour - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); - Must be at least 21+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) - Must pass background check - Can lift 60 lbs About Medisca Inc.
