Experience and learn the ins and outs of real estate maintenance & residential/commercial construction. Some of the projects we have this summer are installing six manufactured homes, turning over apartments, janitorial work, groundskeeping, and other construction duties as assigned. This is a seasonal position that could become full-time. Prior knowledge and experience a plus, but not necessary if you are motivated to become a skilled asset to our company.
