You will be learning how to make Petit Choux of four different variations. First, learning how to make the dough for "la pate a choux", followed by two savory and two sweet fillings. A smoked salmon filling and a blue cheese walnut filling for the savory versions. Then, creme patissiere filled with a fondant topping and a "profiterole au chocolat" with a vanilla ice cream filling and topped in deliciously tempered French chocolate to complete the sweet versions. It is encouraged to wear comfortable shoes as this is a two and half hour class.
