In First Degree Reiki training you will learn what you need to become a student of Reiki for self care practice with Usui Shiki Ryoho's, Usui system of natural healing. This 12-hour training is taught in oral tradition covering a 100 plus years history and spiritual lineage, experience 4 sacred ceremonial initiations to open the direct connection. Learn the fundamental practice in how to give and receive Reiki with your hands in a specific proven way on self and others; including plants and animals. Deepen your own knowledge and understanding with the 4 aspects and 9 elements, and immerse yourself in theory and lifestyle of the 5 spiritual precepts. An Internationally Recognized Reiki Alliance Certificate is given upon completion. The path of Reiki is an extraordinary journey.
