Game on! Fortnite tournament. Box Fights - best 8 out of 15 rounds Box fights are the new way for players to go head to head with the best of their Fortnite skills. Play in close quarters holding nothing back. With building as your only defense, out-maneuver your opponent to claim victory! The eSports Cave is proud to host these tournaments for free to contestants with a $25 cash prize. It has been an honor to provide a clean and safe environment for Fortnite players to go head-to-head. Our center wipes down stations after every use, we are practicing social distancing, requiring masks, and taking temperatures at the door. We look forward to playing box fights, so please arrive on time to check in and log-in to your account. Matches start at 2:15 PM and players who arrive late or cannot log-in to their Epic account in a timely fashion may be subject to disqualification. Be respectful to other players and their time. Box Fight Rules Contestants will play the best 8 out of 15 rounds to decide the winner of the match. The player who wins two out of three matches will move up in the bracket. Tournament is be double elimination, so you aren’t knocked out the first time you loose. There will be a cash prize for first place only! Map code for the box fight is 4040-0246-9469. You must have your log-in data for your Epic account to play. Players will friend their opponents, and then join a creative match using the map code. Maps are set to go to 100 rounds, so only the first 8 wins will count to determine the victor. Afterwards, players will return to hub to start the next match. Winner will move up in the bracket, and the looser will move down to the lower bracket. Once in the lower bracket, loosing players leave the tournament. Meanwhile the winner of the lower bracket will face the winner of the winner’s bracket to determine who is the best box fight player!
