Power Wash Deck and Clean Gutters

I am looking for someone to power wash a 10' x 15' patio and clean gutters on a ranch house. I am willing to pay but please don't think you're going to retire on this job. The quotes I've gotten are ridiculous!! I'm a small business owner of 2 businesses and I like to stay local. Please contact me if interested/. FYI, I have cleaned the gutters many times myself so I know exactly how long it takes. The only reason I'm not doing it now is both hands were injured when a meth head rammed my vehicle and totaled it.
