Organizational executives and leaders create and influence organizational culture and performance outcomes. This workshop will discuss what a strategic focus on cultural humility, equity and inclusivity looks like in all areas of the organization and will engage in large discussion and work group formats steps to creating comprehensive plans. Presented in partnership with DMHAS, Center for Family Services and Family Connections. Only those who participate in strategic planning for their agencies are the appropriate attendees for this organization.
