On Thursday, June 16, 2022, at approximately 9:30am, distribution system flow testing will be conducted near 440 Hartford TPKE. near Stoney Hill Rd. Residents and businesses in the vicinity may experience reduced pressure or discolored water. This testing is necessary to gather important water flow data for a fire suppression system in the area. Testing is expected to be completed in under one hour.
During the test, residents in the immediate and adjacent areas may experience brief periods of reduced pressure or discolored water. If you experience discolored water once the test is complete, please run the cold water in an outside faucet or a downstairs bathtub until it clears. Please refer to the attached map for more information.
