Just in time for the NEW MOON in CANCER on June 28th, we will be starting a new chapter by letting go of old energetic cords to the past! Join in a sacred circle as we clear our energy using the powerful healing vibrations of sound bowls to reset our bodies. The month's theme will be participating in a cord cutting ceremony. We all become attached in life to past events, people and emotions. It is important for us to bless, clear and release that which no longer serves us in a positive ceremonial way. We will be guided into a mediation where we cut the cord on the past and move into our next chapter lighter, brighter and more aligned with our own authenticty. We will begin the ceremony with a Rose Hip tea, to open our heart chakra, so that we can cut cords with love. Afterwards we will be guided into meditation using music, guided prayer and sound bowls, so feel free to bring your favorite comfy pillow, mat or blanket. Bring a journal or paper and a pen, to take notes as Mandi Rose, relational astrologer and holistic lifestyle coach, provides you with journal prompts to continue your release over the next few days. This night is all about you taking time for self-care and prioritizing your self in order to reach your dreams for 2022.
