This is Brownie, he is a Miniature Pinscher, born June 9th 2021, largest one in the litter, a bit big for the breed. He is Neutered, has had all vaccinations needed for his first year. He's had no health problems while we've had him. He's Puppy Pad trained! He can follow some commands, but needs further training! He'llcome when you whistle. He can follow Come, Out, Sit, No Speak, he understands some more but will not reliably follow them. He would do well in a house that already has a good dog in it to learn from! He loves walks, and riding in the car! He is crate trained, but he will cry for 5 mins after you crate him ONLY if you leave the house, but quiets down on his own, and can be left alone in his crate for over 6 hours. Not sure if longer, as we have never needed to leave him over that long. He does okay with brushing his teeth, as long as you use enough toothpaste, and encourage him to bite the toothbrush instead of licking it lol. Nail trimming is a 2 person job, and he needs to be held still, but he does pretty good for that too, as long as you do it reasonably fast. After walks we wipe him down with a puppy wipe, and he is VERY good for it! Very still and happy for his good boy treat when it is over. Just so you know, upon meeting new people, he loses his little puppy mind. He will bark. And be very excitable, but also nervous. He has had some socialization, but not frequently enough. But he is VERY happy to see new people, and new dogs! Brownie is ACA registerable, his Sire and Dam were registered. Unfortunately we are rehoming him due to our cats rebelling against the intruder, and neither of them are rehomeable. We are also losing our living arrangements and can no longer care for a dog.
