Groove Solventless is expanding its packaging & distribution team and seeking new applicants for a Packaging Associate. This position is extremely dynamic and ever-evolving. As a Packaging Associate for Groove Solventless, your main tasks will involve properly and accurately labeling products based on branded guidelines. Packaging Associates work closely with the Packaging & Distribution Manager maintaining sufficient inventory levels across all sales channels. The ideal candidate for this position would possess the following qualities: + An acute attention to detail + The ability to focus on a set project for long periods of time. + The ability to prioritize and execute tasks to meet set deadlines. + Flexibility in schedule to meet the needs of production and distribution. + Adaptability when faced with challenges and changes. *Prior work experience with packaging/labeling in a production-based environment is a plus, but not a requirement. Packaging Associate duties include, but are not limited to the following: + Storing, handling, and weighing Groove Solventless products. + Receiving and auditing inventory + Prepping, labeling, and filling Groove packaging materials. + Assisting the Packaging & Distribution Manager with developing strategies and processes to make packaging more efficient. + When needed, driving and delivering wholesale orders to our retail partners.
