MYRTLE BEACH, SC — Yannick Dbumeni-Ndaleu, a 21-year-old Silver Spring man, died on Monday while he was vacation in Myrtle Beach, according to Fox 5 Washington. Horry County Coroner's Office told Fox 5 that Dbumeni-Ndaleu was sucked into the ocean by a rip tide as he was trying to help another man rescue his son.
