GLEN BURNIE, MD — Marley Station Mall was sold again, a press release said Tuesday. The Glen Burnie property has changed ownership several times in recent years. The release said the latest buyers are Mason Asset Management and Namdar Realty Group. The partners are based in Great Neck, New York. The duo leases and manages malls around the country. Mason Asset Management will handle the tenant leases, the release said. Namdar Realty Group is already the operator of the mall, and it will continue on in that role. "We are looking forward to the future of Marley Station Mall," said Igal Nassim, the director of leasing at Mason Asset Management. "We are currently exploring a number of leasing options for current vacancies, and we look forward to further bolstering the available offering at the mall through an aggressive leasing strategy." Maryland property records list Yam Marley Station LLC as the current owner of the mall. The company is from Scottsdale, Arizona. Yam Marley Station bought the mall last October for $10.5 million. A spokesperson for Mason Asset Management and Namdar Realty Group declined to disclose how much the partners said they paid for Marley Station. The mall was built in 1987 at 7900 Ritchie Highway. Its anchors include Horizon Cinemas, Gold's Gym, JCPenney and Macy's.
