As a member of our team, you will report directly to the VP of Operations and help with the daily administrative tasks and provide HR support for the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.
Position Responsibilities:
• Daily clerical and office tasks
• Answering phones
• Filing
• Copying
• Sorting Mail
• Customer Service
• HR support
• Ordering supplies
• Other duties as needed
Skills & Requirements
• 2 to 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to compose correspondence
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
• Should be comfortable with technology and utilizing proprietary software
• Bilingual a plus
• Travel, primarily limited to within San Francisco
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods of time, stand, and walk frequently.
• Physical ability to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, or crawl.
