Full time position, compensation is hourly pay with benefits This position is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00AM-4:30PM We are searching for a reliable mid-level groundskeeper/porter/basic maintenance with excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of common gardening methods, maintenance tools, and repairs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the daily maintenance and upkeep of the property grounds including minor irrigation and other landscape/maintenance duties assigned. General maintenance experience is required to assist the maintenance staff, when requested, for apartment turnover and basic work orders. Positive attitude and ready to work. Ability to work Saturdays. Some examples of duties include removing trash and debris from lawns, parking areas and all common areas. Pool cleaning and chemicals testing. Perform basic housekeeping to ensure apartment is ready for occupancy. Landscaping responsibilities include watering, fertilizing, and trimming hedges, lawns, trees, and shrubs. Mowing lawns, and other groundskeeper maintenance tasks as needed. Physical Requirements: Must be in good physical condition for doing strenuous and possibly heavy outdoor work. Must be able to perform duties of the job while standing, walking and bending for extended periods of time. Must possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required. Full Time, Tuesday through Saturday position with Medical Benefits, Holiday Pay and Paid Time Off. Compensation based on experience: $22 - $24
