Lost Black Wallet with Important Documents

Hi, my friend was on his way to the UPS store on his bike in the North Park neighborhood and his wallet fell out of his pocket. It is black and has important documents in it including his ID from Afghanistan which will be nearly impossible to replace and his work permit. If anyone has seen the wallet, please reach out. His family recently resettled and it is very very important that He finds it. Thank you so much for your help. It was lost between 6:30-6:45 pm on Thursday, June 16.
