Press release from the City of Reno: June 14, 2022 The Micromobility Pilot Project will officially open to the community on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 2 p.m. The City of Reno, RTC, and community stakeholders will celebrate the launch of the downtown Micromobility Pilot Project with a kick-off event at Reno City Plaza. The public is invited to attend. Free parking will be available at the City Hall Parking Garage from 1 to 4 p.m. Attendees are invited to bring their bikes (if they have one), try out a Bird e-scooter, find out about adaptive equipment rentals, and hear safety tips from the Reno Police Department.
