Hello, My name is Sally and I am a dental hygiene student at Lake Washington Institute of Technology in Kirkland, WA. My classmates and I are am searching for patients to help fill our clinical experience requirements. Full disclosure, since this is a learning environment the appointments are longer than at private practice because all student work is thoroughly checked by the supervising hygienists and dentists. Details: - Initial screening appointments are free and take about 1 hour - We take almost all insurance carriers including Apple Health - If you don’t have insurance, our prices are typically half the price of private practice - We offer preventive services (sealants, fluoride), regular and deep cleanings, and restorative services (crowns, implants crowns, fillings) - Because this is a learning environment, getting through the new patient assessments and cleaning will take multiple appointments Appointment details: - Screen appointments are either from 8:15 – 9:15am or 10:15 – 11:15am. We also offer screening appointments in the afternoon if you prefer. - The new patient appointments would include all assessments to evaluate the health of your gums and teeth, dental x-rays if needed, and the doctor’s exam. - New patient appointments are scheduled either at 8:00 am or 1:00pm and last 2-3 hours depending on what services are planned for the day. Health History: - We cannot see any patients that have had a recent heart attack or stroke (within the past 6 months) or has uncontrolled high blood pressure.
