**catalytic converter thief**

A sketchy man just scoped out under my vehicle to (I assume) come back and steal my catalytic converter, just wanted to give the community a heads up! This was on Front St., near the entrance to the lower city park. He was middle aged, drove a dark (navy?) truck with a canopy/shell that has a fully busted out back window. I tried to get his plates, but there’s a thick plastic cover over the top that made the numbers too blurry to read. Good luck!
