Description

Participants provide their own kayak, life jacket (PFD) & white light (headlights are best and must be used once it gets dark). Participants are required to wear their life jacket during paddle. Paddling experience is necessary for this event as approximately 3-5 miles is covered depending on conditions. This is not an event for beginners or young children. Proceeds from this event will be going to Baldwin County Child Advocacy Center and used to fund services and resources for child victims of sexual abuse and severe physical abuse and for their supportive, non-offending family members throughout Baldwin County. Liability - The City of Orange Beach, Baldwin County Child Advocacy Center, event committee members and volunteers shall not be liable for any bodily injury or damage to personal property before, during or after the event.
