Our company is looking for good,hard working people with positive attitudes, and hopefully some experience in crawlspace work. If you don't have experience,but are willing to learn and have a good attitude,then you are a qualified candidate. If you have a drug or alcohol problem,if you don't have reliable transportation, if you bring your problems to work, if you don't take pride in your work,or if you're unreliable...then please don't bother responding to this ad. This is a hard enough job to begin with. We don't tolerate the above listed poor qualities. As I was saying,this is a very physically demanding job. Conditions are dirty,sometimes muddy,and can get very cramped. We install vapor barriers,do encapsulations,fungal treatments, install French drains,sump pumps,and do structural repairs. Pay is based on experience and attitude. Come show us what you're made of.
