Motorbike accident involving big time pest control puckup.

I witnessed a Big Time Pest Control pickup truck pull out in front of a motorbike, causing the motorbike to collide with the truck. Motorbike driver, I will witness for you if needed. I was in the vehicle with US Govt plates that you walked in front of. I'm Disappointed that neither occupant in the truck seemed to offer assistance to you. I'm disappointed in myself also for not offering my assistance. Glad you're ok.
