PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia have arrested and charged a delivery driver in connection with the Monday shooting at a fast food restaurant. Tyquan Austin, 26, of Philadelphia, has been charged with possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, firearm carried without license, and related offenses. The charges stem from an incident that occurred at about 8:22 p.m. Monday at the Chick-Fil-A restaurant at 811 Adams Ave. Police found a 17-year-old male employee suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. He was taken to hospital, where he was treated and released. According to Action News, the shooting stemmed from an argument with workers because Austin thought the order he was picking up was missing a milkshake. Police told 6ABC that Chick-fil-A employees had agreed to make the milkshake for the driver. The victim was outside speaking to the Austin, NBC10 reported, when he got out of his car with a gun and shot the teen in the leg. Austin was taken into custody shortly after the shooting, police said. With reporting by Michelle Rotuno-Johnson
