Press release from Washtenaw County Government: June 15, 2022 2021 Annual Report Now Available In our 2021 annual report, you can learn more about the responsibilities of the Water Resources Commissioner's Office and the services we provide. 2021 challenged the office in a unique way as unprecedented rain events showered lower southeast Michigan. Residents saw three '50-year' storms in the summer months alone, and climate models forecast more extremes in the future.
