Established Property Management Company seeking Maintenance Technician / Grounds Keeper for a manufactured housing community located in Bakersfield, California. Qualified candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years experience in manufactured housing community maintenance / Grounds Keeper or equivalent. Facility Maintenance responsibilities include full-responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance of the community common-areas and park infrastructure including, but not limited to, daily community inspections, landscaping. May include pool maintenance, maintenance/repair/upgrade projects, utility maintenance and repair, refurbishing/remodeling of park-owned homes, clubhouse maintenance/repairs/upgrades, tracking of equipment/supply inventory, interaction/oversight/of vendor/contractor activities.
