Need ornamental aluminum repaired or replaced

Description

Recently deer have become a real problem. I need a contractor who can extend panels or replace with a taller panels. The existing fence is 4' x 120' ornamental aluminum extended top and bottom. If possible I need to extend the height. If not possible then I am considering replacing the panels with 6' panels. I will also need to replace a 20' date to match. Some welding will be required.
