2nd St North near 3rd Ave North, Minneapolis MN

Description

Honda Ruckus stolen at 4pm in North Loop. Two men tried breaking the handlebar lock and tore off the front cover. They ended up lifting it into their truck and were off. There was a red bungee on the rear. Police have been notified.
