Howdy, Will need flooring installed, painting, some plumbing and irrigation, light carpentry and electrical. Also placing insulation and vapor barrier in the crawlspace. Lots of outdoor landscaping, pruning and weed wacking. Pavers for the driveway too. Perhaps replacing roofing too. Also a motorcycle mechanic to work on my toys. Will need help on weekends both Saturday and Sunday, and also during the week. Simple work but lots of it.
