F vocalist/guitarist and M drummer seeking lead guitar and bassist

Drummer here with a female vocalist with a beautiful voice who can also play rhythm guitar. We want to play rock and roll, hard rock, alternative and other music as well. Looking for an amazing lead guitarist with backing vox and a solid, funky bass player, preferably with backing vocals as well. With the right combination of musicians, this band could do well in the Boston area and beyond. Need a guitarist that can complement her style and add to it with slick licks and nice solos. Need a bassist who can add a lot of bottom and kick it with me, the drummer. We can record, practice, etc in a practice space we have in Framingham. The plan is to have a practice session this Saturday, June 18th from noon-2pm. Please be available to play during this time. We will ask you to learn a few songs to play, namely: 1) the weight - the band 2) son of a preacher man - dusty springfield 3) Sara smile - hall and oats 4) last dance with Mary Jane- tom petty 5) crazy little thing called love - queen 6) moonage daydream - david bowie If you have a desire to be in a band that will play some covers, Bowie, Beck, Elvis Costello, Ween, the Band, Little Feat, some grunge, maybe even a Zeppelin tune or two and also to work on developing original material and you have talent and drive, please let us know. Also looking for fun people to hang out with as being in a band is difficult if you have difficult personalities. While we have a female vocalist, it does not mean by any means that someone else can't sing lead to songs as well. Like I said, she is also a really good rhythm guitarist, too. We just need a great lead and bassist and some practice time (likely 1-2x per week) and we should be ready to go within a few months...
