Air BnB has the worst customer service

June 6th I paid for 2 nights in Florence Oregon but when I got there it was a garage, not a house, as stated. I emailed the host right away and kept driving. I did not spend 5 minutes in the place. The host was not happy, he wanted to charge me $40 to clean it? Whatever This Sutton lake rental in Florence is NOT somewhere you want to stay Air BnB has sent me 50 emails, but will not refund me, just pretend to help. it's a joke Beyond changing the way I rent, I wanted to warn you about the slow service, none really. Make sure your sure you have checked everything on each rental, don't plan on getting any money back from Air BnB
