Blue Nova Builders is looking for motivated individuals that want to learn the construction industry and are looking to advance in the industry. We are a small residential construction company and we are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and carry themselves in a professional manner. We are not looking for employees that just want to punch a clock. We are looking for self-starters, that will jump in without being told, and employees that want to be in a team environment and don’t bring drama with them to work. In return we will provide a great environment to work in, fair compensation, and help the right individuals achieve whatever their goals are in construction, whatever that may be. Must have transportation and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Starting pay is $20/hr with a $1/ month raise at your 30/60/90 day evaluations.
