Job description Suncrest Commercial is urgently seeking to hire an experienced handy/maintenance man to join our team. We have several residential communities that need attention around San Diego. Must be capable of repairing/replacing the following: Garbage disposals Light fixtures Ceiling Fans Electrical components (outlets, switched, bulbs) Cabinets Dryer Vents Exterior trash pick up/ break down unwanted furniture Moldings Door and door frames Drywall and paint Vinyl flooring installation Appliance installation Grout, tile, caulking Light plumbing Pressure washing AC filter changes Leak inspections(opening up drywall, etc) Occasional Dump runs This scope of work will be aimed at apartment turn overs and tenant maintenance requests Bilingual is a plus! Troubleshooting skills mandatory MUST* have own pick up truck/van and tools Be able to work under pressure and strict deadlines ok with walking up and down stairs at select properties Great attitude, and team work are essential for this position Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour + benefits
